Welcome to EcoWorld London’s new community website for the redevelopment of Griffin Park, the former home of Brentford Football Club.
This website provides an update on the work so far, outlines next steps and suggests ways to participate.
EcoWorld London has plans to deliver 149 new homes and a new 1,770 sqm community park at Griffin Park.
DMS Low-cost Home Ownership
The proposals for Griffin Park include 30 Discount Market Sale (DMS) apartments. This is part of our commitment to providing affordable housing in the community.
DMS is a low-cost home ownership product where a new build property or resale property is purchased at a discounted price.
The homes will be sold at 75% of the market value, helping people living and/or working in the borough, including key workers, to get onto the property ladder in their local area.
