There is an existing implemented planning permission for Griffin Park for 75 homes which was granted in 2015. However, a new improved masterplan for 149 homes was prepared in 2021 following consultation from the local community, including immediate neighbours, local residents’ groups and Brentford Football Club supporters. Compared to the 75-home scheme, the proposed 149-home masterplan will provide a more diverse mix of homes and a bigger community park to benefit the local neighbourhood and future residents.

Further refinements were made in consideration of feedback received, changing market conditions, updated building regulations and planning policy requirements.

The proposals for Griffin Park received approval from the London Borough of Hounslow in September 2025
